NH HB1350

Expands the definition of "antique" vehicle to include any motor vehicle, truck (regardless of weight), motorcycle, farm tractor, or retired fire apparatus that is more than 25 years old

Removes current restrictions requiring antique vehicles to be used only for exhibitions, club activities, parades, or other non-commercial functions

Eliminates requirements that antique vehicles be maintained in original or restored condition and not intended for daily use

Repeals RSA 266:33 relating to antique vehicle exemptions

Estimated to decrease Highway Fund revenue by $2.7 million to $4.5 million per year, as approximately 75,000 additional vehicles could qualify for the reduced $6 annual antique registration fee instead of standard fees of $42 to $66
