Establishes new inspection standards for vehicle steering and suspension systems under RSA 266

Prohibits operating vehicles with steering linkage free-play exceeding manufacturer specifications or set limits: more than 1/4 inch for wheels 16 inches or smaller, more than 3/8 inch for 17-18 inch wheels, or more than 1/2 inch for wheels over 18 inches

Prohibits operating vehicles with wheel bearings exceeding manufacturer tolerance for looseness or ball joints that are broken, cracked, or out of specification

Defines "manufacturer's specifications" as tolerances and standards established by the original equipment manufacturer for safe operation

Takes effect January 1, 2027
