Bars application forms from including consent or release language requiring disclosure of personal, employment, medical, psychiatric, or other records beyond what was required on the December 2009 version of form DSSP 85

Limits information collection on license applications to only what was required on the state's December 2009 pistol/revolver license application form

Applies to all city and town officials who issue concealed carry licenses in New Hampshire

Takes effect January 1, 2027
