Exempts parents and guardians from criminal child endangerment charges for raising children consistent with their biological sex

Bars adoption agencies and the state from considering a prospective adoptive parent's refusal to support gender transition, or intent to raise a child according to biological sex, as negative factors in adoption assessments

Prevents courts from treating a parent's decision to raise a child consistent with biological sex as an adverse factor when determining custody, residential responsibility, or best interests of the child

Takes effect 60 days after passage
