Establishes a 10-member commission to study the implementation of single ballot primary elections in New Hampshire

Commission membership includes 2 House members (one Republican, one Democrat), 2 Senate members (one Republican, one Democrat), the Secretary of State or designee, a representative from a non-partisan civics organization, and representatives from the NH Town and City Clerks Association, NH Municipal Association, and a local election official

Commission must hold its first meeting within 90 days of the act's effective date, with 5 members constituting a quorum

Findings and legislative recommendations due to the speaker, senate president, clerks, governor, and state library by November 1, 2027

The commission automatically dissolves when the authorizing statute is repealed on November 1, 2027
