Requires selectmen, aldermen, or city council to hold a public hearing 15-30 days before the vote, with notice posted publicly and published in a newspaper at least 7 days prior

Permits municipalities that have approved keno to later vote to rescind that approval using the same process

Allows unincorporated places to authorize keno through a majority vote of the county delegation after a public hearing

Repeals provisions from 2025 law (Chapter 288) that would have only allowed municipalities to opt out of keno, reversing the default approach to require municipalities to affirmatively opt in
