Authorizes private businesses, organizations, and private schools to voluntarily adopt the same sex-based classification policies for their facilities

Establishes that sex-based facility policies adopted under this law do not constitute discrimination based on sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation under state law

Provides exceptions allowing entry into opposite-sex facilities for custodial/maintenance purposes, emergency medical assistance, addressing ongoing emergencies, or parents accompanying minor children for safety reasons
