Amends RSA 507-H (New Hampshire's Data Privacy Law) to prohibit covered entities from selling location and other sensitive data regarding children

Creates a stricter standard than current law, which only requires consent before processing a known child's data and compliance with federal COPPA requirements

The prohibition applies regardless of whether the entity has knowledge the user is a child or whether consent was obtained

Effective date of January 1, 2027

Estimated fiscal impact of $0 to $100,000 annually in state General Fund expenditures starting FY 2027 due to potential increased investigations and enforcement actions by the Department of Justice
