Adds political affiliation or opinion as a protected class under New Hampshire's employment discrimination laws, prohibiting employers and labor organizations from discriminating based on a person's political beliefs

Creates a new crime of "politically motivated interference" making it a class A misdemeanor to threaten or cause economic harm to someone based on their political views, elevated to a class B felony if physical injury or property damage results

Establishes that harassment based on political affiliation—including doxxing, publicizing private information, or conduct causing substantial emotional distress—is a crime, upgraded to a class B felony if it causes economic harm or involves threats of violence

Adds political affiliation to the categories allowing extended prison sentences for hate-motivated crimes, alongside existing protections for religion, race, sexual orientation, and gender identity; effective January 1, 2027
