Repeals and reenacts RSA 517-A as the "Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act" to streamline the process for conducting depositions and discovery across state lines

Allows parties to submit a foreign subpoena to a New Hampshire superior court clerk, who must then promptly issue a corresponding subpoena for service in New Hampshire

Eliminates the requirement to appoint a commissioner when seeking discovery in jurisdictions that have adopted the uniform foreign depositions act or similar interstate discovery processes

Repeals four existing statutes (RSA 517:15-18) related to deposition commissioner appointments and procedures, consolidating these provisions under the new uniform act

Takes effect January 1, 2027, and applies to discovery requests in cases pending on or after that date
