Mandates the scholarship organization to provide electronic data, reports, and testimony within 45 business days when requested by the legislative oversight committee, state board of education, department of education, or parent and education service provider advisory commission

Requires the scholarship organization to collect and publish EFA expense information by category and by education service provider within 45 business days after state funds are released, with a final cumulative annual report

All expense data and reports must be published on the scholarship organization's website in a sortable electronic format, with no personally identifiable information included

Takes effect 60 days after passage
