Bans fragrance dispensing devices such as plug-in air fresheners, wall-mounted scent dispensers, and aerosol sprays in public areas of state buildings

Applies to buildings or areas that maintain regular public visiting hours or are routinely used for appointments with the public

Takes effect 60 days after passage, with full compliance required within one year of the effective date
