Requires quarterly reports beginning September 30, 2026 from the program administrator to the Department of Education, oversight committee, and relevant legislative committees

Mandates reports include application numbers, vendor distributions by name and amount, expense categories (tuition, tutoring, supplies), and parent reimbursements processed

Requires detailed student demographic data including sex, race, grade level, special education status, English Language Learner participation, free/reduced meal eligibility, and prior school type (public, private, or homeschool)

Reports must be submitted electronically within 30 days of each quarter end, posted publicly on the Department of Education website, and failure to comply subjects the program administrator to corrective actions
