Reduces the gestational age threshold in New Hampshire's Fetal Life Protection Act from 24 weeks to 20 weeks, after which abortions are prohibited except for medical emergencies or fetal abnormalities incompatible with life

Requires health care providers to conduct an obstetric ultrasound if they know or suspect a fetus has reached at least 20 weeks gestational age (changed from 24 weeks)

Narrows the homicide statute exemption for pregnancy termination to only apply when performed in compliance with RSA 329:44, removing broader exemptions for acts committed by or at the request of the pregnant woman

Maintains criminal penalties of a class B felony with fines between $10,000 and $100,000 for health care providers who knowingly perform abortions in violation of the act, with the threshold lowered to 20 weeks

Takes effect January 1, 2027
