Prohibits New Hampshire state, county, and municipal governments from spending public funds to construct, renovate, or repurpose public property for use as immigrant detention facilities

Bars the sale or donation of publicly-owned property to private entities or other governments for immigrant detention purposes

Prevents public entities from paying, reimbursing, subsidizing, or otherwise financially supporting immigrant detention facilities owned, managed, or operated by private entities

Preserves the ability of law enforcement and county corrections facilities with existing 287(g) agreements to continue cooperating with federal immigration authorities

Allows government entities to continue providing health and safety resources to individuals detained for immigration purposes
