Repeals New Hampshire's workforce housing program (RSA 674:58-61) and removes all references to "workforce housing" from related statutes governing municipal planning, development districts, and housing grants

Modifies the InvestNH Program and Housing Champion designation to remove workforce housing requirements, shifting focus to general housing development for economic purposes

Takes effect January 1, 2027
