Requires the Office of Planning and Development to prepare an annual report on accessory dwelling units (ADUs) being built in New Hampshire, tracking whether they are attached or detached, owner-occupied, tenant-occupied, or vacant

Report must identify ADUs used as short-term rentals, those converted from preexisting structures, those meeting "affordable" or "workforce housing" definitions, and those classified as manufactured housing

Office must also compile additional information to assist state and local governments in planning for growth and development

Fiscal impact estimated at $100,000 to $500,000 annually starting FY 2027, funded from the General Fund, to cover staffing for data collection from 234 cities/towns and 22 unincorporated areas
