Violation constitutes a class A misdemeanor for sellers who knowingly transfer these substances for recreational use

Exempts sales of canned whipped cream and legitimate uses including medical/dental administration, industrial manufacturing, food preparation, and automotive purposes by persons at least 21 years old

Flavored products or those marketed with food-related flavoring create a rebuttable presumption against claiming a legitimate use exemption
