Mandates all law enforcement agencies in New Hampshire administer the Lethality Assessment Program (LAP) screening tool to victims during domestic violence, protective order violation, and stalking investigations

Requires LAP screening results that indicate elevated risk ("screened in") be filed with the court at the defendant's arraignment by law enforcement or prosecutors

Expands LAP from voluntary participation (currently about 45% of police departments) to mandatory statewide implementation

Estimated state expenditures of $268,000 in FY 2027, $239,000 in FY 2028, and $249,000 in FY 2029 from the General Fund to hire an investigator and program coordinator at the Department of Justice

Takes effect 60 days after passage
