Expands the definition of "sexual assault survivor" to include anyone who asserts they were subject to offenses under RSA 632-A:2, 632-A:3, or 632-A:4, including penetrative and non-penetrative sexual assault, and deceased victims

Requires health care providers, law enforcement officers, and employees of listed entities to provide sexual assault survivors with written notice of their rights upon professional contact

Mandates the Attorney General to prominently post on their website documents summarizing sexual assault survivors' rights and policies governing evidence collection and preservation, including timeframes for sample collection

Clarifies survivors' right to receive a medical examination, including any individual element of a state sexual assault evidence collection kit, without being charged or prevented from doing so

Estimated state expenditure of approximately $1.1 million annually starting FY 2027, covering approximately 1,000 additional evidence collection kits, toxicology testing at $551 per kit, and one new Program Coordinator position
