Requires hearings on motions to modify or revoke bail in domestic violence, stalking, and harassment cases to be scheduled within 72 hours of filing, excluding weekends and state or federal holidays

Clarifies that while the hearing must be scheduled within 72 hours, it does not need to actually occur within that timeframe

Applies the scheduling requirement to motions filed by either the state or the defense

Takes effect January 1, 2027
