Requires court clerk's offices to transmit domestic violence protective orders, stalking protective orders, and civil restraining orders to prosecutors and probation offices within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) when the subject of the order is currently on bail or probation

Applies to all 43 court locations across New Hampshire's circuit and superior courts

Estimated to cost $1.76-2 million in FY 2027, $3.4-4 million in FY 2028, and $3.48-4 million in FY 2029 from the General Fund, primarily for 43 new Court Operations Specialist positions

Does not provide funding or authorize the new positions needed for implementation

Takes effect January 1, 2027
