Directs the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources to remove the Hannah Duston Memorial and historic marker from their sites in Boscawen, New Hampshire

Authorizes the department to either destroy or store the removed memorial and marker

If displayed in the future, requires the memorial and marker to be presented in an accurate, objective manner that respects the legacy of all participants involved, including Native Americans

Legislature finds the current memorial glorifies government-sanctioned scalp bounties and violence against Native Americans, including the alleged killing and scalping of 10 people (6 of them children) in 1697

Estimated cost ranges from $30,000-$50,000 for adding interpretive materials to $50,000-$200,000 for full removal, depending on engineering limitations at the island site
