Establishes a "Teacher Bill of Rights" for all teachers and instructors in New Hampshire public schools and public charter schools

Guarantees teachers a safe and healthy school environment, including constructive relationships with administrators, freedom from violence, and clean facilities

Protects teachers' rights to be treated with civility and respect, discipline students according to school board policy, and have their professional judgment respected by administrators

Allows teachers to share student information with parents/guardians (unless prohibited by FERPA), communicate with parents about discipline decisions, and report problematic student behavior without retaliation

Requires all public school districts and charter school boards of trustees to post the Teacher Bill of Rights on their websites
