Estimated administrative costs of $46,000 in FY27, $95,000 in FY28, and $98,000 in FY29 for a new compliance officer position to investigate discrimination complaints

Would result in indeterminable decreases in Medicaid program expenditures when providers are found in violation and have payments withheld
