Mandates distributors and retailers maintain verification records for at least 3 years

Prohibits online marketplaces from listing covered rodenticide products for direct-to-consumer sale without license verification

Establishes civil penalties up to $5,000 per violation, with each day of continued violation constituting a separate offense; effective January 1, 2027
