Expands the authorized uses of municipal impact fees to include the purchase of additional safety equipment for existing fleets, such as police, fire, and other emergency public safety vehicles and equipment

Requires governing body approval before impact fees can be used for safety equipment purchases

Amends RSA 674:21, V, which defines impact fees and their permitted uses under New Hampshire's innovative land use controls statute

Takes effect 60 days after passage
