Repeals RSA 161:2, XVIII, which established the New Hampshire refugee resettlement program administered by the Department of Health and Human Services

Requires DHHS to terminate any contracts administered under refugee resettlement programs as promptly as practicable upon the effective date

Prohibits all state departments, agencies, and administrative units from accepting money from any source for refugee resettlement

Bars state government from spending money to settle, fund, or assist refugee resettlement, including indirect payments to towns or nongovernmental organizations

Would result in approximately $4.5 million per year in federal funds no longer being spent in New Hampshire, with the act taking effect 60 days after passage
