Initial notice must include the child's name, anticipated start date if provided, and a statement that the application is pending eligibility determination

Department must send follow-up electronic notice to providers within 3 business days when an application is approved, denied, or withdrawn

Commissioner must adopt rules regarding the form, content, and secure transmission of required notices

Estimated one-time cost of $250,000 in FY 2027 ($150,000 general funds, $100,000 federal funds) for NH EASY system modifications and staff costs; takes effect 60 days after passage
