Requires the Department of Education to develop or purchase an online educational opportunities information system cataloging all public schools, chartered public schools, non-public schools, and learn everywhere programs in New Hampshire

The system must include detailed profiles for each educational opportunity, search-saving and keyword searching capabilities, mapping functions to find opportunities within a specified distance from an address, and allow education facilities to maintain their own data

Department must issue a request for proposal (RFP) for the development or licensing of the system

Appropriates $1 for FY 2027, though the fiscal note estimates actual costs of $250,000-$300,000 for system development and $98,000-$105,000 annually for an ongoing support position

Takes effect 30 days after passage
