Requires 340B covered entities (hospitals and clinics participating in the federal drug discount program) with New Hampshire service addresses to submit annual reports by April 1 to the Department of Health and Human Services and Attorney General

Mandates reporting of extensive financial data including drug acquisition costs, payments received, contract pharmacy payments, charity care expenditures, use of 340B savings, and number of patients sent to collections, broken down by payer type (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, uninsured)

Directs the Director of Charitable Trusts to review submitted data for compliance with nonprofit obligations, with sending substantial numbers of indigent or low-income patients to collections considered significant evidence of for-profit operation

Establishes penalties of $1,000 per day for late reporting and treats violations of 340B program intent as unfair or deceptive trade practices under RSA 358-A

Takes effect January 1, 2027, with DHHS required to publish aggregated data reports to the legislature by November 15 annually
