Wine manufacturers in New Hampshire would be permitted to sell and deliver wines directly to other wine manufacturer license holders, in addition to existing on-premises and off-premises licensees

Wine manufacturers could transport their products to retail outlets of other wine manufacturer license holders for sampling or sale

Beverage manufacturers producing 15,000 barrels or less annually would be allowed to distribute their beverages directly to other beverage manufacturer licensees, in addition to retail licensees

The act takes effect 60 days after passage

Fiscal impact is currently undetermined as the Office of Legislative Budget Assistant awaits information from the Liquor Commission
