Requires all educators holding New Hampshire state board of education credentials (teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, school nurses, instructional specialists, and educational specialists) to submit a criminal history release form every 3 years when renewing their credentials

Criminal history release forms must be submitted to the Department of Education at least 60 days prior to credential expiration date

Expands the criminal background check system to cover renewing credential holders, not just first-time applicants

Adds "neglect" to the existing abuse findings checked through the central registry system during background checks

Takes effect July 1, 2027
