Expands the definition of "persistently dangerous school" under RSA 193-G:1 to include two new categories of qualifying incidents beyond the existing serious crimes (homicide, assault, sexual assault, arson, robbery, weapons offenses)

Adds incidents resulting in physical harm as qualifying acts, including simple assault, reckless conduct, criminal threatening, and student hazing

Adds persistently poor academic performance as a qualifying criterion, specifically schools designated as "targeted support and improvement schools" under RSA 193:H-1, VII

A school is classified as persistently dangerous when 3 qualifying incidents occur as separate events during one school year for 3 consecutive years

Takes effect 60 days after passage
