Extends the 10,000 enrollment cap for Education Freedom Accounts through the 2026-2027 school year, adding one additional year to the existing cap that applies to 2025-2026

Maintains the existing automatic cap increase mechanism: if enrollment exceeds 90% of the prior year's cap, the cap increases by 25% for subsequent years

Requires the Department of Education to publish enrollment cap information on its website when increases occur

Takes effect 60 days after passage
