Requires the Commissioner of Education to withhold grant funds from public schools or districts that fail to submit their input-based school accountability system report by the January 15 deadline in even-numbered years

Maintains existing requirement that school principals and superintendents certify in writing that accountability system responses are accurate

Repeals the provision (RSA 193-E:3-b, I(c)) that allowed New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) certified schools to file alternative reports

Takes effect 60 days after passage
