Committee membership consists of 4 House members appointed by the Speaker, 1 Senator appointed by the Senate President, and 1 public member appointed by the Governor

Committee will specifically investigate whether the U.S. government properly determined the culpability of Israeli civilian and military officials in the attack

First meeting must occur within 45 days of the act's effective date, with 3 members constituting a quorum

Committee must report findings and recommendations to the New Hampshire federal congressional delegation by November 1, 2025
