Acceptable forms of ID include driver's licenses from any state, state-issued non-driver ID cards, U.S. armed services ID, and U.S. passports or passcards

Photo ID must show the voter's name substantially matching their voter registration record and have an expiration date not exceeded by more than 5 years

Voters aged 65 or older may use an otherwise qualified form of photo ID regardless of expiration date

Takes effect 60 days after passage
