Requires the Secretary of State to check voter records with the United States Postal Service for address changes at least 90 days before any town, municipal, or general election, as well as state or presidential primaries

Changes the current requirement from checking voter records "no less than annually" to checking both annually and before each election

Records identified as showing a voter has moved must be provided to city or town supervisors of the checklist for verification

Takes effect 60 days after passage

Fiscal impact estimated at less than $10,000 per year from fiscal years 2025 through 2028
