Establishes a procedure for local election officials and the Secretary of State to verify voter citizenship through state, out-of-state, and federal databases when a person lacks documentary proof of citizenship

Requires the Secretary of State to reimburse municipalities for voucher costs and appropriates $25,000 for FY 2026 and $25,000 for FY 2027 from the general fund for this purpose
