Expands exemption from federal USDA inspection requirements for custom slaughtered meat products that are slaughtered and prepared entirely within New Hampshire for intrastate sale only

Allows custom-slaughtered meat and meat food products to be sold directly to household consumers within the state

Permits sale of exempt meat products to restaurants, hotels, boarding houses, grocery stores, and other establishments in New Hampshire that prepare meals for direct consumer service or sell meat directly to consumers

Requires that all meat covered under this exemption remain within New Hampshire and not enter interstate commerce

Takes effect 60 days after passage
