Permits persons under 18 to enter rooms where alcohol is sold at veterans', private, and social clubs if accompanied by someone 21 or older who signs them in and lists their ages

Exempts military members under 21 from the requirement of being accompanied by someone 21 or older

Allows persons under 21 to be present in rentable rooms approved by the commission when alcohol is served under a supplemental license, without requiring a parent or guardian present

Takes effect 60 days after passage
