Expands the allowable uses of the Hampton Beach Master Plan Fund to include operations and initiatives of the Hampton Beach Area Commission, in addition to existing uses for implementation expenses and employee costs

Appropriates $5,000 from the General Fund to the Hampton Beach Master Plan Fund for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026)

Appropriates an additional $5,000 from the General Fund to the Hampton Beach Master Plan Fund for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Total state expenditure impact is $10,000 over the two fiscal years, with funds deposited into a non-lapsing fund held by the state treasurer

Effective date is July 1, 2025
