Directs the Attorney General to formally request quarterly aggregated, anonymized data from federal agencies with law enforcement, investigatory, or operational activities in New Hampshire

Data requested includes number of agency facilities, staff positions, surveillance operations, investigations, warrants executed (including no-knock warrants), arrests, refugee relocations, and deportations

Requires the Attorney General to maintain a public searchable website displaying the collected metrics and identifying which agencies provided data, declined to provide data, or are not operational in the state

Mandates quarterly summaries of federal agency cooperation be shared with New Hampshire's congressional delegation and annual reports to the state-federal relations and veterans affairs committee

Estimated General Fund expenditures of $230,750 in FY 2026, $232,750 in FY 2027, and $240,000 in FY 2028 for additional staff positions (investigative paralegal, legal assistant, and part-time attorney)
