Appropriates $552,508 per year for FY 2026 and FY 2027 to fund the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders (ADRD) caregiver respite program through the Department of Health and Human Services

Appropriates $100,000 per year for FY 2026 and FY 2027 to fund the foster grandparent program

Appropriates $180,000 per year for FY 2026 and FY 2027 to fund the retired senior volunteer program (RSVP), to be allocated among existing RSVP programs

Appropriates $30,000 per year for FY 2026 and FY 2027 to fund the senior companion program

Total state general fund expenditure is $862,508 in each fiscal year, with all funds non-lapsing until June 30, 2027, and effective date of July 1, 2025
