Appropriates $2,500,000 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and $2,500,000 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, totaling $5,000,000 over the biennium

Funds are allocated to the Community College System of New Hampshire for scholarships and program support for the dual and concurrent enrollment program under RSA 188-E:26

Appropriation is in addition to any other funds already appropriated to the community college system and is designated as non-lapsing, meaning unexpended funds carry forward to the following fiscal year

Funding source is the General Fund, with the governor authorized to draw warrants from treasury funds not otherwise appropriated

Effective date is July 1, 2025
