Reaffirms New Hampshire House of Representatives support for the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and democratic aspirations of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)

Urges the U.S. government to increase diplomatic efforts and humanitarian assistance to resolve ongoing conflict and address needs of displaced populations in eastern DRC

Encourages coordination with the United Nations, African Union, and Congolese Community of the United States to support peacebuilding initiatives and accountability for human rights violations

Calls for continued monitoring and regular reporting to Congress on progress toward peace and stability in the DRC

Directs the House clerk to send copies of the resolution to New Hampshire's congressional delegation, relevant congressional committees, the Secretary of State, and the President
