Calls for investigation into allegations that survivors were pressured by U.S. authorities through threats of court-martial or imprisonment to remain silent about the attack details

Requests declassification and public release of all documents related to the incident, noting that significant documentation remains classified more than 58 years later

Asserts the 1967 Navy Court of Inquiry was inadequate, citing claims it was directed to conclude the attack was mistaken identity despite contrary evidence and never examined culpability of the attackers

Encourages Congress to hold public hearings with testimony from surviving crew members and requests copies of the resolution be sent to the President, congressional leadership, and New Hampshire's congressional delegation
