Acknowledges the district's commitment to meeting the needs of a diverse student population and the dedication of faculty, staff, and administrators

Lists approximately 80 community partner organizations including nonprofits, health services, educational institutions, and civic organizations such as Boys & Girls Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, YMCA, Southern New Hampshire University, and Manchester Police Department

Directs the house clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the governor, commissioner of education, NH board of education, Manchester mayor, US senators, NH-01 congressperson, Manchester school superintendent, school committee, and board of aldermen
