Mandates OPLC complete investigations within 90 days and report findings to the relevant board at its next regularly scheduled meeting.

Allows boards to either extend incomplete investigations or make a final determination within 60 days of receiving the report.

Estimated to cost the OPLC $500,000 to $1,000,000 annually, requiring 5 new investigative paralegals, 1 paralegal, and a physician investigator, funded through potential licensing fee increases.

Takes effect 60 days after passage, with the 90-day investigation requirement taking effect March 1, 2026.
